Helen Peeler
Mrs. Helen Nevada Caskey Peeler, 91 passed away on April 28, 2015 at Glenn Kiser Hospice House.
Born on February 11, 1924, she was the daughter of the late C.C. and Ena Caskey.
A member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, she was a homemaker, a loving mother and grandmother and enjoyed reading and taking care of her beloved cats.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband John T. Peeler, daughter, Linda Peeler Burton, and son John Allen Peeler. Survivors included brother C.C. Caskey Jr. of Faith, sister Peggy Wardell of Concord and sister Elaine Todd of Newport News, Va.
Also surviving her are her sons, Terry Peeler and wife Shelia of Kannapolis, Gary Peeler of Salisbury and daughter Julie Peeler Allred and husband Melvin, 5 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
Funeral Services to be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday at St Paul’s Lutheran Church.
Linn Honeycutt Funeral Home in China Grove assisted the family in making arrangements.
