Thomas Wyatt bought land on Cedar Creek from Henry Frick on 5 Nov 1800.

Henry was granted a survey warrant for 300 acres on Panther Creek on 10 Oct 1783. Jacob acted as chain bearer. A little later he bought 790 acres on both sides of Cedar Creek from David Woodson. He served as a juror in 1792 and is found on surviving tax lists until his death.

Early in 1797 Henry began selling his land. After his death, his widow and children moved to Pendleton District, SC. He died early in 1801 without leaving a will. The court appointed administrators of Henry's estate were John Reed, Jacob Frick, and George Fisher. The required bond was £303 indicating a substantial estate. The inventory of the sale of his property, dated 17 Mar 1801, includes many carpentry tools. On 7 May 1801 the court ordered that a year's provision be laid off for Henry's widow Sarah. George Frick, Philip Lemly, John Shaver, and John Bullen were designated to do this.
