Richard Ralph Powlas Jr. passed away peacefully at home Monday, Dec. 5, 2022 surrounded by loved ones and his wife of 61 years, Nancy. He was born in Salisbury and the son of the late Richard Ralph Powlas and Verna Mae Edwards Powlas.
Arrangements: A memorial service will be held Friday, Dec. 9, at 11 a.m. at Dunbar Funeral Home, Dutch Fork Chapel. The family will welcome guests 1 hour prior to the service and host a reception immediately following. The burial service will take place Saturday, Dec. 10, at 1 p.m. in Memorial Park Cemetery located on W Innes St in Salisbury, N.C.
