CHINA GROVE - Robert Franklin Albright, 77, went home to be with his Lord Saturday, Dec. 14, 2013, at Liberty Commons Nursing Center in Salisbury.
Born March 1, 1936, in Rowan County to the late Cecil M. and Kate Morgan Albright, he graduated from China Grove High School. He was a member of Thyatira Presbyterian Church. He was a farmer and retired from Hoechst-Celanese as a foreman. He was an active member of Price of Freedom Museum and worked many years with the Boy Scouts.
He was preceded in death was his wife, Ruth Eudy Albright, who died Aug. 3, 2005; and a brother, Norman Albright.
Surviving are a daughter, Misty Lee and husband Keith Brantley of China Grove; brothers Jim Albright of Salisbury and Sidney Albright of China Grove; and a grandson, Jesse Brantley of China Grove.
Service and Visitation: Visitation is Tuesday at 7 p.m. at Living Waters Church of God, 166 N. Little Texas Road, Kannapolis, NC, with a visitation at the church Tuesday 6-7 p.m., Rev. Wade Easom officiating.
Graveside Service: Will be conducted Wednesday, Dec. 18 at 11 a.m. at Thyatira Presbyterian Church with Rev Bill Lindeman.
Linn-Honeycutt Funeral Home in China Grove is serving the Albright family.

Service: 7 p.m. Tuesday, Living Waters Church of God, Kannapolis. Visitation: Tuesday 6-7 p.m. at the church.
