RICHMOND HILL - William Wayne Gill, 62, passed away after an extended illness.
Born February 8, 1949 in Savannah, GA, he was a lifetime resident of Richmond Hill. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Richmond Hill and an employee of Hobart for 27 years.
He is preceded in death by his parents W.W. (Dub) and Lucy Gill, as well as, a sister Camilla G. Oliver.
He is survived by his wife of 41 years Margie B. Gill, one daughter Stacy Donovan, son-in-law Bob, two sisters Patty Sumner and Nancye Howell, one brother Jimmy Gill, sister-in-law Patsy, one grandson Chase Gill, all of Richmond Hill, one uncle Weitz Gill, one aunt Margret Martin and a number of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 pm Friday, July 22, 2011 at Carter Funeral Home Bryan Chapel. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, July 23, 2011 at Carter Funeral Home Bryan Chapel with burial to follow at Richmond Hill First Baptist Church Cemetery.
