Jane Trexler
On Monday, September 13, 2021 Jane Trexler, 80, passed away peacefully in her home and entered the Gates of Heaven.
She was born May 31, 1941 to the late Ervin and Lillie Troutman Rowland. She was a lifetime resident of Gold Hill. She was employed at Fieldcrest Cannon for many years. Jane enjoyed being outside mowing and doing anything in her yard. She loved spending time with her family and she especially enjoyed our yearly family vacations to the beach.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Buddy Edwards; brothers, Delmer Rowland, Bob Rowland and Roy Rowland; and sister, Shirley Reavis.
Jane is survived by her five children, JoAnn Baker of Concord, NC, Mary Jane Edwards of Concord, NC, Hank Mize of Gold Hill, NC, Audrey Beaver of Gold Hill, NC and Wayne Mize of Gold Hill, NC; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; two sisters, Marie Eller of Albemarle, NC and Rachel Smith of Salisbury, NC; and her dog, Sunshine.
The family will greet friends and relatives on Friday, September 17, 2021, 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm at Brookhill Memorial Gardens, Rockwell, NC.
The graveside service will be held at 5:00 pm on Friday, September 17, 2021, in the Brookhill Memorial Gardens, Rockwell, NC, with Pastor Robert Leonard, officiating.
The family would like to thank Cabarrus County Hospice for the care Jane received.
