SALISBURY - Herbert Leonard Baker, 86, of Salisbury, passed away on Friday, Oct. 26, 2012, at his residence.
He was born Nov. 17, 1925, in Forsyth County, the son of the late Robert Lee and Della McClora Alexander Baker.
Herbert worked as a pipe fitter and in construction.
Including his parents, he was preceded in death by parents and wife Grace Peeler Baker.
Those left to cherish his memories are son Barry Baker of Salisbury; daughters Bonnie Baker Graham (Donald) of Salisbury and Debbie Baker Donaldson (Gordon) of Holden Beach; brother Ernest Baker (Lucille Graham) of Salisbury; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Visitation: 1:30-2:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 29 at Haven Lutheran Church, 207 W. Harrison St., Salisbury, NC.
Burial: 3 p.m. Monday at City Memorial Park Cemetery, Salisbury.
Memorials: Alzheimer’s Association, Western Carolina Chapter, Charlotte, NC.

SALISBURY - Herbert Leonard Baker, 86, of Salisbury, passed away on Friday, Oct. 26, 2012, at his residence.
