Charles Franklin Agner, 61, of Salisbury, passed away Sunday, December 24, 2017, at his home.
Mr. Agner was born June 11, 1956, in Rowan County; he was the son of the late Carl J. Agner and Ruth Lackey Agner. He graduated from East Rowan High School and worked for Black's Grading, Inc.
A devoted husband and father, he loved spending time with his family, especially going fishing and hunting with his daughter, Hannah. He was deeply loved and will be missed by all.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Donna Allen Agner and daughter, Hannah Agner, of the home, sister, Linda Broadway and husband, Patrick, of Salisbury, brother, Jerry Agner of Blacksburg, SC, and several nieces and nephews.
The family will greet friends and relatives from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM on Saturday, December 30, at Providence United Methodist Church in Salisbury. A memorial service will follow at 11:00 AM on Saturday, in the church, conducted by Rev. Aldana Allen, pastor.
In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to Providence United Methodist Church.
