Jacob Franklin Cauble Sr.
Jacob Franklin Cauble Sr., 91, of Salisbury, passed away Friday, August 12, 2022 at his home in Salisbury, NC.
He was born October 2, 1930 in Rowan County to the late Charlie and Vertie Ribelin Cauble. Jacob worked as a Truck Driver for Akers Motor Lines.
Jacob enjoyed spending time with his family and also enjoyed baseball, fishing, bluegrass music, farming and chewing tobacco.
He was a member of Union Lutheran Church.
In addition to his parents, Jacob was preceded in death by his Wife, Betty Catherine Cauble, Daughter, Barbara Ann Cauble, and his Son, Fred Cauble.
Jacob is survived by his Three Sons, Jake (Bonnie) Cauble Jr., Wayne Cauble, Chris (Kim) Cauble; Daughter In Law, Cathy Cauble; Daughter, Sharon (Patrick) Miller of Salisbury, NC; 11 grandchildren, ; 19 great grandchildren; Three Brothers, Arnold Cauble, Eugene Cauble, Phil Cauble; and also by his Special Friend, Frances Barber;
The family will greet friends and relatives on Friday, August 19, 2022, 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm at Union Lutheran Church, Salisbury, NC.
The funeral service will be held at 3:00 pm on Friday, August 19, 2022, in the Union Lutheran Church, Salisbury, NC, with Pastor Heidi Punt officiating.
Burial will take place in the Union Lutheran Church Cemetery.
