Carole Jeanette Kesler Brown
Carole Jeanette Kesler Brown, 73, of Salisbury, passed away Wednesday, June 16, 2021 at her home surrounded by family. She was born on September 7, 1947 in Durham County, NC to the late Douglas Kesler and Evelyn Pence Sullivan.
Carole worked as a sewer in Textile Mills, for Phillip Morris and GE until her retirement. She loved to go to the beach with her family. Her love for her family was fierce and her world revolved around them, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Carole also enjoyed taking care of her grand dogs every opportunity she got.
In addition to her parents, Carole was preceded in death by her husband, Stephen "Joe" Brown; and a brother, Roy D. McDaniel.
Carole is survived by her daughter, Jamie Bost and husband Jeff of Salisbury; grandchildren, Carrie Williams and husband Chris of Granite Quarry, Sara Foster and husband Corbett of Wilmington, Danielle Bost of Salisbury, Christopher Bost; great grandchildren, Thurman Floyd, Greyson Bost, Maci Williams, Brooklyn Williams, and Miyk Foster; a brother, Jerry McDaniel and wife Maxine; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday June 25, 2021 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at Nazareth Community Church. The Memorial Service will follow at 12:00 PM at the church, conducted by Rev. Mike Shoaf.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Nazareth Community Church Children's Ministry, P.O.Box 444, Rockwell, NC.
