Wayne Nelson Cline
Wayne Nelson Cline, 63, of West Hollywood, formerly of Salisbury, NC died November 14th, 2006, in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
Mr. Cline was born July 7, 1942, in Rowan County, NC, a son of the late George Martin Cline and Audie Myers Cline. He was educated in Rowan County schools and graduated from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. He was former owner and operator of Fantasy Lighting Co. in Los Angeles for over 25 years.
Mr. Cline was very active in several charities including the Feed The Children Organization. He was co-founder of the Leading Women Enterpreneurs of the World and the Star Group with his wife of 25 years, Anita Alberts Cline.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Mrs. Anita Alberts Cline, on Sept 28th, 2002.
Surviving are nephews Jeff Cline of Salisbury, Gary Cline of Cary, James Derek Cline of Atlanta, GA; and great nieces Jera and Kara Cline of Salisbury.
A memorial service was held in Salisbury, NC, November 24th, at St. John's Lutheran Church Chapel, conducted by the Rev. Dr. Carl Sachtlebem, pastor.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in loving memory of Wayne Cline to the American Heart Association, and to Feed The Children, P.O. Box 36, Oklahoma City, OK.
