Brenda Brooks Sellers
Brenda Brooks Sellers, 79, of Rockwell, passed away Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at Novant Health Rowan Medical Center in Salisbury.
She was born November 12, 1942 in Cabarrus County to the late Willie and Christine Laws Brooks. Brenda was a member of Faith Baptist Church where she served as a Sunday School teacher. She enjoyed making cards for others which brought her happiness.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Woodrow Sellers and grandson, Derick Yount.
Brenda is survived by her daughter Karen Eagle; step-daughters, Barbara Drye and husband Alvin, Carolyn Taylor, Betty Morgan and husband Tony; step-sons, Charles Sellers, Ronnie Sellers, and Billy Sellers; brother, Ron Brooks and wife Delores of Rockwell and numerous step-grandchildren.
The family will greet friends and relatives on Friday, July 8, 2022, 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm at Faith Baptist Church, Faith, NC.
The funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, July 8, 2022, in the Faith Baptist Church, Faith, NC, with Rev. Stephen Dewalt, officiating.
Burial will take place in Brookhill Memorial Gardens following the service.
The family would like to give a special thanks to Betty Morgan for the loving care she provided.
