Marla Gail Parrott Lee, 57 of Paducah, KY died at 3:51 p.m. Tuesday, July 14, 2015 at Baptist Health Paducah. Marla was a native of Graves County of Baptist faith and attended Lowes High School. She was a Radiologist and had worked for Occupational Health, Calvert City and also at the Kentucky State Penitentiary. Marla’s hobbies included bowling, NASCAR fan and University of Kentucky basketball.
Survivors include one son, Eric Brizendine of Benton, KY; two brothers, Kent Parrott and wife, Carolyn of Hickory, KY, Steve Parrott and wife Melinda of Mayfield, KY; step-children, Jeff Lee and wife Yvette of Reidland, KY and Jamie Lee, CA; three grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Jacob and Ericka Brizendine; several nieces and nephews.
Preceding in death were her parents, Cloyid Lee Parrott & Janice Lee Henson Parrott Ellegood.
Services will be held Saturday, July 18, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the Lone Oak Chapel Milner & Orr Funeral Home with Rev. Jeff Russell officiating. Burial will follow at Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery in Folsomdale, KY.
Family will receive friends Friday, July 17, 2015 from 5:00-8:00 p.m. at the Lone Oak Chapel Milner & Orr Funeral Home.
