SALISBURY - Mr. Gerald Wayne "Bo" Leach, 48, of Salisbury, passed away on Saturday, July 28, 2012.

Bo was born on Aug. 7, 1963, in Rowan County, a son of the late Sandra Trexler Leach Wallace and Jerry Lee Leach.

Mr. Leach was educated at Douglas Byrd High School in Fayetteville and was owner and operator of Bo's Drywall for over 25 years.

Bo was a very creative and talented person. He could draw plans and then make anything; he loved the outdoors; could do metal work; and had a green thumb.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, John and Ruby Leach of Gold Hill and Paul and Martha Trexler of Salisbury.

Survivors include daughters Cynthia Michelle "Cindy" Clawson and husband Ryan and Connie Jo Leach of Gold Hill; granddaughter Dawn-Marie Clawson; sisters Barbara Lynn Long of Matthews, Carol Ann Hathaway and husband Gary and Jeannie Leach-Poole and husband Tommy of Salisbury, and Rebecca "Becky" Leach of Fort Mill, S.C.; nieces and nephews Brittany Long, Rene Chappelear, Emalee Poole, Gary Wayne Hathaway and Hunter Poole.

Memorial Service: 5 p.m. Friday at Liberty United Methodist Church by Rev. Charles Curtis, pastor.

Visitation: Following the service in the Liberty United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall.

Memorials: In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Carolina Cremation to help with funeral expenses.

Carolina Cremation of Salisbury is assisting the Leach family.
