Pamela Peeler
Pamela Diane Wagner Peeler, 59, of Salisbury passed away on Thursday, August 6, 2015, at the Glenn A. Kiser Hospice House surrounded by her family. Pam was born on May 2, 1956 in Rowan county a daughter of the late David Cecil and Marie Beaver Wagner.
Mrs. Peeler attended Rowan County Schools and Rowan Cabarrus Community College. She worked at Park Dale Mills, was a longtime member of Liberty United Methodist Church and recently moved her membership to St. Paul's Lutheran Church. She enjoyed listening to music, going to car shows, loved animals and fishing in her younger years, Pam's favorite band was Too Much Sylvia. She took care of her parents until their deaths.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, John A. Peeler who died on May 14, 2008.
Survivors include daughter, Jenny Peeler Yost and husband, Mike of Salisbury; brothers, David Wagner and wife, Nancy of Salisbury; Roger Wagner and wife, Judy of Rockwell and Steve Wagner and wife, Mary of Rockwell; 2 grandchildren, Michael S. Yost and Justin K. Yost both of Salisbury; great grandchildren, Jonathan A. Yost and Zachary S. Yost.
Visitation: The family will receive friends form 6:00 to 8:00 PM Sunday at Powles Staton Funeral.
Services: Funeral Services will be conducted at 11:00 AM Monday at St. Paul's Lutheran Church by Rev. D. J. Lura, pastor. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the donor's choice.
