Edith Bost Ribelin, 89, of Rockwell, passed away on Monday, February 8, 2016 at the Glenn A. Kiser Hospice House in Salisbury.
She was born on January 22, 1927 to Shuford and Fallie Holshouser Bost in Rockwell, NC. Edith was a graduate of Rockwell High School. She was a member of Grace Lower Stone Reformed Church, the Red Hat Brigade Society, and Powles Funeral Home TLC. Edith enjoyed bowling and traveling in her later years.
Edith is survived by her Son, John Kriminger and wife Cindy of Salisbury; Daughter, Kim Cochran and husband Wayne of Salisbury; Sister, Rebecca Eidson of Rockwell; Three Granddaughters, Elisha Slagle, Jessica Dallas and husband Nathan, Hailey Kriminger; Grandson, Taylor Kriminger;
In addition to her parents, Edith was preceded in death by Husband, John Lester Kriminger, Husband, Herman Ribelin, Grandson, Barry Stoner, Brothers, Bernard Bost, Derwood Bost, Delmar Bost.
Visitation will be held Thursday, February 11, 2016, 10:00 am - 11:00 am at Powles Staton Funeral Home, Rockwell.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 11, 2016, 11:00 am at the Powles Staton Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Dr. Steven DeGangi Pastor of Grace Lower Stone Reformed Church, officiating.
In leiu of flowers, memorials in memory of Edith may be made to Powles Staton Funeral Home to help with final expenses.
