Alberta M. Cinquemani

GOLD HILL - Alberta “Bert” Maness Cinquemani, age 80, of Gold Hill, passed away Wednesday June 6, 2012 at Rowan Regional Medical Center. 

Born August 6, 1931 in Rowan County, she was the daughter of the late Georgia Brown and Quincy Maness. 

Educated in the Rowan County School system, Mrs. Cinquemani was retired from the Food Lion Corporate Offices where she was an Accounts Manager. She was also a member of the Park Ave United Methodist Church, Salisbury, NC, and a member of Beta Sigma Phi. 

Preceding her in death on January 8, 2010 was her husband Anthony Louis “Tony” Cinquemani; many brothers and sisters. 

Survivors include sons Tony Cinquemani, III (Lori) of Gold Hill and Marshall Swaringen, Jr. (Janie) of Advance, NC; daughter, Tania Hamilton of Rockwell; grandchildren, Heather Howell (Jeremy), William Swaringen (Sara), Andrew Swaringen, Bradley Swaringen, Michael Hamilton (Casie), Nicky Hamiliton, Joshua Cinquemani and Caleb Cinquemani ; and 6 great-grandchildren. 

Visitation: 10:00-11:00 AM-Monday, June 11, 2012 at Emmanuel Baptist Church, 2300 Bringle Ferry R., Salisbury, NC 28146. 

Service: 11:00 AM-Monday, June 11, 2012 at Emmanuel Baptist Church, 2300 Bringle Ferry R., Salisbury, NC 28146 with the Rev. Gene Sides officiating. Burial will follow at Salisbury National Cemetery, 501 Statesville Blvd., Salisbury, NC. 

In Lieu of Flowers: Memorials to be given to the Relay for Life or Donor’s Choice.
