ROCKWELL - Julia Ruth "June " Fesperman Thompson, 79, of Rockwell, passed away Saturday, July 2, 2005.
She was born on December 14, 1925 in Stanly County, a daughter of the late C.A. and Mae Fesperman, she was educated in the Rowan County Schools. She retired from General Electric and was a homemaker. She enjoyed sewing and quilting, and was a member of the local quilting guild.
June is survived by her husband, Sam of Rockwell; son Jim of Encinitas, Ca.; daughter Pat Madden of Anchorage, AK.; son Steve of Rockwell; niece Beckie Loflin of Mooresville; four grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
A Memorial will be held in her home for family and friends.
