Vivian "Anne" Dozier Lyerly
Vivian "Anne" Dozier Lyerly, 81, of Faith, passed away Monday, January 4, 2021 at Lutheran Home at Trinity Oaks in Salisbury, NC.
She was born January 1, 1940 in Florida to Lloyd and Vivian Hair Dozier. Anne was a graduate of Florida State University and avid sports fan. She was later employed by Bowman Gray School of medicine where she worked in the research department. Prior to declining health over the past years she was an active member of Shiloh Reformed of Faith and Faith Civitan Club. She enjoyed knitting and the company of her great nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Anne was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Lyerly, and sister, Barbara Dozier Stine.
Vivian is survived by her two sister-in-laws, Peggy Roseman of Richfield, NC, and Willie Lyerly of Wilmington, NC; and nieces and nephews.
A private graveside service will be held at a later date.
