RICHFIELD - Wayne David Parker, 80 years of age, of Richfield, passed away Friday, Jan. 16, 2015, at his home in Richfield.
Wayne was born Jan. 1, 1935, in Stanly County to the late Fair David Parker and the late Leona Fraley Parker.
He was also preceded in death by one brother, Richard Parker.
Survivors include loving wife of 60 years Bonnie Odessa Morris Parker of Richfield; daughters Angie (Rick) Blakely of Salisbury and Tamara Norton of Ruffin; sons Rocky (Donna) Parker of Richfield and Chad (Liane) Parker of New London; brother Joe Parker of Richfield; grandchildren Kristen and Ashton Blakely, Mary and Casey Norton, Brandon, Jessica and Riley Parker, Celeste and Connor Parker; great-granddaughters Skyler Blakely, Brielle Blakely and Bonnie-Annie Harward Norton; and great-grandsons Christian and Corbin Parker.
Arrangements: The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m., Sunday, Jan. 18 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Albemarle. The funeral service is Monday at 1 p.m. at Hartsell Funeral Home's Lefler Memorial Chapel in Albemarle officiated by Rev. Michael Madaris.
Memorials: May be made to American Heart Association.

RICHFIELD - Wayne David Parker, 80 years of age, of Richfield, passed away Friday, Jan. 16, 2015, at his home in Richfield.
