Notes for Johann Sebastian “Bastian” Lentz
Johann Sebastian Lentz moved his family to North Carolina in 1780 and settled near Organ Church. He helped build the church with construction completed in 1794. He signed the church constitution and was a strong supporter.
His will gives us the names of his children: Bastian, Jr., Peter, Elizabeth, Dewalt, Adam, Anna Catherine, John, Margaret, Michael, and Marie.
