Roy Alexander Wagner, 64, of Rockwell passed away Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at the Brian Center in Salisbury.
Born in Rowan County on August 1, 1950, he was the son of the late Margaret Honeycutt Wagner and Roy Wagner.
Roy was a graduate of East Rowan High School and worked as a supply clerk at Clayton Homes in Rockwell. He was Baptist by faith and enjoyed life to the fullest.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 12 brothers and sisters.
Those left to cherish his memory are his son, Michael Wagner (Angela) of Kannapolis; daughter, Dina Lowe (Richard) of China Grove; brother, Ernest Wagner (Joyce) of Faith; sister, Sandra Dunaway of Rockwell; grandchildren, Heather Wagner, Allen Wagner and Aaron Lowe; great-grandchildren, Michael and Colt Wagner.
The family will hold a private service at a later date.
Memorials may be made in Roy’s memory to the Brian Center of Salisbury, 635 Statesville Boulevard, Salisbury, NC 28144.
