Evangeline was a native of Randolph County, a retired Nurse's Aid with Randolph Hospital, and attended Central Wesleyan Church in Asheboro. She was preceded in death by parents, Rev. Charles and Ruth Morgan Stout.
Survivors: sisters, Naomi Grace Weinwurm, of Troutman, VA., Carolyn Sue Heckman, of Bridgeston, NJ, brothers, Charles Lawrence Stout, Jr., of Asheboro, James Ray Stout, of Randleman.
