SALISBURY - Miss Mamie Josephine Basinger, 89, textile retiree, died July 14, 1989, at Rowan Memorial Hospital. Funeral is at 2 p.m. Sunday at Messiah Lutheran Church. Visitation is 7 to 8:30 tonight at Lyerly Funeral Home.
Survivors are her brother, J.J. Basinger of Kannapolis; sisters, Mrs. Bertha Hill, Mrs. Belle Morgan, both of Gold Hill, Mrs. Stella Allman.
Memorials can be made to Messiah Lutheran Church, 701 E. Lafayette St., Salisbury, NC.
