Mary Catherine Crowell Barringer
MT. PLEASANT -- Mrs. Barringer, 84, of Fisher Road, died Tuesday, September 2, 2008, at Hospice and Palliative Care following three months of declining health. Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Friday at St. John's Lutheran Church, conducted by Rev. Dr. Mark Ericson. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The Barringer family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday evening at Gordon Funeral Home of Mt. Pleasant.
She is survived by her husband, Harvey L. Barringer, Sr.; sons, Harvey L. Barringer, Jr. and wife Becky, and Donnie Barringer and wife Teresa, all of Concord; and granddaughter, Melinda, also of Concord.
The Barringer family would like to extend a special thanks to Transitional Health Services, CMC-Northeast and Hospice and Palliative Care for their care for Catherine during her declining health.
Memorials may be directed to St. John's Lutheran Church, Heritage Building Fund.
