Lloyd “Buck” Swaringen, 86, of Albemarle, NC passed away Saturday March 18, 2017 at Carolinas HeathCare System-NorthEast in Concord, NC. His funeral will be Tuesday March 28 at 2 PM at Stony Hill United Methodist Church. The family will receive friends from noon until 1:30 PM prior to the service. The burial will follow the service in the church cemetery.
Born November 25, 1930 in Stanly County, Buck was the son of the late Paris Stanford Swaringen and Kate Forrest Swaringen. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
