Survivors are his wife, Rena; son, Wayne Stokes; daughter, Mrs. Donnie Hoffner; brothers, Hayden Stokes of Faith, MaKay Stokes of Salisbury, Loyd Stokes of Landis; sister, Mrs. Eulian Sullivan of Winston-Salem.
