Kay Huneycutt
Kay Huneycutt, 69 years of age, of Albemarle, passed away Saturday, July 22, 2017 at Carolinas HealthCare System Stanly in Albemarle.
Mrs. Huneycutt was born February 27, 1948 to the late William Rufus and Elizabeth Efird Eudy. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her brother, Kenneth Eudy; and her sister, Junita Herrin.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm, Monday, July 24, 2017 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Albemarle. A graveside service will follow at 3:00 at the Bear Creek Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery, 22182 Canton Rd., Albemarle.
Survivors include: husband, Otis Huneycutt of Albemarle; son, Dwayne Huneycutt and wife Beth of Albemarle; sisters, Nancy Huneycutt of Albemarle, Faye Poplin of Millingport, Doris Roland of Millingport, Bessie Gean Crayton of Mt. Pleasant, and Bonkey Hatley of Albemarle.
The Huneycutt family would like to express their extreme gratitude and heartfelt thanks for the loving and compassionate care provided by Dr. Veatch and Hospice of Stanly and Uwharrie; CHS Stanly, as well as Dr. Wall and Levine Cancer Institute-Albemarle.
