John H. “Buck” Eagle, Jr.
John H. “Buck” Eagle, Jr., 68 of Salisbury passed away Thursday, July 6, 2017 at Novant Health Rowan Medical Center.
Born May 7, 1949 in Rowan County, he was the son of the late John Henry “Red” Eagle, Sr. and Frances Coughenour Eagle.
Buck was educated at the Ellis Crossroads school and graduated from North Rowan High School.
A mechanic by trade, Buck operated Franklin Service for 35 years.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his sister, Mary “Sis” Carriker.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Ann Fisher Eagle; sons, Chad Eagle and wife Kim and Rocky Eagle all of Salisbury; grandchildren, Devan Eagle, Cody Eagle and Preston Eagle; sister, Carolyn Kesler of Salisbury
A memorial service will be conducted at 7 PM Sunday (July 9) at New Hope Independent Baptist Church. The family will speak with friends following the service.
