Shelby Lucille Haire Hutchins, 93, of Albemarle, NC passed away Wednesday, February 12, 2014. Her funeral will be a graveside service at 11 AM, Wednesday, February 19, 2014 in the Fairview Memorial Park with Rev. Jim Yow officiating.
Born July 23, 1920 in Stanly County, NC, she was the daughter of the late William Bryant Haire and Mary Frick Haire. She was a homemaker and a member of Central United Methodist Church.
She was married to the late Maurice Edward Hutchins, who preceded her in death in 1970. She was also preceded in death by one brother and three sisters. Survivors include two sisters, Kaye H. Dennis and husband Junior of Albemarle and Betty H. Hatley of Albemarle.
