CHINA GROVE - Linda Dale Shepherd, 63, of China Grove, passed away Friday, Oct. 19, 2012, at The Brian Center Health and Rehabilitation Center.
She was born Oct. 27, 1948, in Rowan County, a daughter of the late Ernest Lee Shepherd and Virgie Ludwig Shepherd.
Linda was a graduate of East Rowan High School and a member of St. Matthews Lutheran Church. She retired from Cannon Mills.
Left to cherish her memories are two brothers, Ernest Ray Shepherd Sr. and wife Patsy of Salisbury and Ralph Nelson Shepherd and wife Eula of Richfield; four nieces and two nephews.
Graveside Service: 2 p.m. Friday at St. Matthews Lutheran Church conducted by the Rev. Gary Coble. The family will receive friends after the service.
Memorials: St. Matthews Lutheran Church, Cemetery Fund.
