Victor "Vic" Earnhardt Sr.
Victor ‘Vic’ Tracy Earnhardt, Sr (82) of Indian Trail, went to be with Jesus on Monday, April 19, 2021, at PruittHealth – Union Pointe under Hospice care.
He was born June 25, 1938, in Rowan County, a son of the late James Douglas Earnhardt and Inez Rector Earnhardt.
Vic was a 1956 graduate of Granite Quarry High School. After serving in the Air Force he worked in the photography industry his working career. Vic will be remembered for his joking ways and sense of humor. He was telling jokes even till his last hours.
Vic’s greatest passions were the love of his life Maebelle, whom he was married to for 55 years (married 5-19-1963) and photography.
He was a member of Sardis Baptist Church. He is preceded in death by his wife (Maebelle) and his brother Gregory Earnhardt.
Left to cherish his memories are his sons Tracy Earnhardt and Daryl Earnhardt (Karen); brother James Robert Earnhardt (Jo).; sister-in-law Bobbie Earnhardt; grandchildren Logan Earnhardt, Brittany (Griffin) Coxe; great grandchildren Perry and Baily Coxe; several nieces, nephews and extended family.
Celebration of life to be held 3:00PM April 24, 2021 at Sardis Baptist Church, Indian Trail. Family will receive friends beginning at 2:00 PM prior to the service. A private interment will be held in Sardis Baptist Church Cemetery.
