Robert L. Waller, Sr.
SALISBURY - Mr. Robert Lynn Waller Sr., 72, of Salisbury, passed away on Tuesday, July 31, 2012, at Rowan Regional Medical Center.
Born March 3, 1940, in Rowan County, he was the son of the late Nathaniel and Ethel White Waller. Mr. Waller attended Rowan County schools and was of the Baptist faith.
He was owner/operator of Bob's Mobile Homes and did mobile home repairs and maintenance. He enjoyed crafts and hunting.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Jay Waller and Rosalee Pinkston.
Those left to cherish his memories are his wife of 36 years, Dianne Connell Waller; a son, Robert Lynn Waller Jr. of the home; and daughter Betty Jean Moore of Winston-Salem.
He is also survived by brothers Lee Waller, George "Bud" Waller and Bill Eugene Waller; sisters Edith Jackson, JoAnn Cauble and Gaynelle Redwine. Mr. Waller is also survived by four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; and special friend Tracey.
Visitation and Service: Visitation will be Thursday from 2 to 4 p.m. at Linn-Honeycutt Funeral Home in China Grove with the funeral at 4 p.m. also at the funeral home with Rev. Darrell Cox, minister.
