Tuesday, February 28, 2012 ― Larry Don Page, age 69, of Calabash, N.C., died at 11:02 a.m. Saturday, February 25, 2012 in Grand Strand Regional Medical Center, Myrtle Beach, S.C.

The family will receive friends at Stanly Funeral Home, Albemarle on Tuesday, February 28, 2012 from 6-8 p.m.

His funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, February 29, 2012 in Stanly Funeral Home Chapel, Albemarle. Rev. K.E. Eckstein will officiate and burial will be in Fairview Memorial Park, Albemarle.

Born December 1, 1942 in Stanly County, N.C., he was the son of the late Raeford J. Page and Margaret Lucille Lorch Page.

He was a Retired Draftsman with Arrowood, Norwood, N.C. and a member of Lakeview Baptist Church.

He was also formerly associated with Page Church Furniture Co. of Albemarle where he and his family grew up and worked. He enjoyed being outdoors where he cut wood, fished and hunted. He always enjoyed and looked forward to spending time with his grandchildren.

Mr. Page was married to Helen Jeanette Baldwin Page. Other survivors include two sons, Mark Page of Albemarle and Mickey Page of Calabash; two sisters, Teresa P. Beck of Calabash and Denise L. Page of Albemarle; three grandchildren, Savannah Page, Kayla Page and Jonathan Page, all of Albemarle. Also surviving are four nieces and two nephews and his caregiver and niece, Courtney Beck.

One sister, Brenda P. Cook, preceded him in death May 15, 1992.

Memorials may be made to New Vine Baptist Church, 40898 Cox Road, New London, NC.

Stanly Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
