Florence Eller Brown
Mrs. Florence Eller Brown, age 89, of Salisbury passed away Monday September 3, 2007 at Autumn Care of Salisbury.
She was born January 7, 1918 in Rowan County the daughter of the late Arthur Marcellus Eller and the late Gertude Poole Eller. She attended Rowan County Schools and was a homemaker. She was a member of St. Matthew's Lutheran Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband Aaron V. Brown who passed away February 26, 1989.
Survivors include sons Donny Brown and wife Harriet and Alan Brown and wife Shannon both of Salisbury. Grandchildren Jason Brown, Julie Brown, Steven Brown and Dwight Ridenhour of Salisbury. Great-grandchildren Morgen and Stella Ridenhour. A sister Ruby Yarbrough.
Services: 1:00 PM Wednesday September 5, 2007 at St. Matthews Lutheran Church conducted by Rev. Gary S. Coble with visitation Tuesday September 4, 2007 from 7-8:30 PM at Lyerly Funeral Home. Burial will be in the family plot of the church cemetery.
At other times the family will be at their respective homes.
