FAYETTEVILLE -- Juanita Basinger Owens, 76, 2420 Dartmouth Drive, a Rowan County native, died Friday (April 12, 2002) at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.
She was a member of Cape Fear Church of Christ.
Survivors include husband Tolbert "Tobby" Owens; daughters Jerri Collins, Charlotte, Sarah Longe and Kelly Helmick, both of Fayetteville, and June Owens, Norfolk,Va.; brother Don Basinger, Salisbury; four grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
Services: 3 p.m. Sunday, Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home chapel, conducted by Bob Langston and Gary Pollard. Burial, Lafayette Memorial Park.
Visitation: At the funeral home after the service.
