DENTON -- Frankie O. Rattz Holt Presnell, 66, Denton, died Monday (Dec. 9, 2002) at Randolph Hospital, Asheboro.
Born Feb. 7, 1936, in Rowan County, Mrs. Presnell was a daughter of the late E.E. and Lillian Fesperman Rattz. She was a 1954 graduate of Rockwell High School.
A member of Children of Light Church, she was employed at Burlington Industry and was a homemaker.
Survivors include husband Wayne E. Presnell, whom she married Oct. 20, 1973; son William C. Holt Jr., Salisbury; daughters Patty Holt Hunt, Troy, Becky Holt, Liberty, and Cathy Holt, of the home; stepson Terry Wayne Presnell, Denton; sisters Minnie Rattz Wood, Troy, Thelma Rattz Burleson and Addie Rattz Shaver, both of Gold Hill, and Jackie Rattz Speight, Faith; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Services: 2 p.m. Wednesday, Powles Funeral Home chapel, Rockwell, conducted by the Rev. Bobby Rattz, Holden Beach, and the Rev. Therman Floyd, Children of Light. Burial, St. Peter's Lutheran Church cemetery, Salisbury.
Visitation: 6-8 tonight at the funeral home.
