Henry “Frank” Ketchie
Henry “Frank” Ketchie, 77, of Salisbury, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, May 24, 2016. Frank was born on September 2, 1938 in Mt. Ulla, NC to Henry C. and Mary Ann Ketchie. Frank grew up in the Salisbury area and graduated from Spencer High School in 1957.
After high school, Frank met Jane Page, they dated for 3 years and married in 1960. Frank loved deer hunting and fishing and spending time with his family and friends. Frank and Jane attended Bethany Bible Chapel. Frank worked at Fieldcrest Cannon, Inc for 40 years before retiring in 1996.
Frank is survived by wife Jane of the home; Sons, Mark W. Ketchie of Salisbury, Gary W. Ketchie and wife Kim of Salisbury; Three grandchildren; David, Chris, and Katie Ketchie and Sister Irene Parker Clark.
Frank is preceded in death by His parents and a sister, Betty Brinkley.
Services will be 2:00pm Friday May 27, 2016 at Summersett Memorial Chapel with the visitation starting at 12:30pm to 2:00pm at Summersett Funeral home. A private family graveside service will be held at a later date.
Memorials can be made to Bethany Bible Chapel 4260 Stokes ferry Rd, Salisbury, NC.
