Donna Trexler Hallman
Rockwell - Mrs. Donna Trexler Hallman, 95 of Rockwell, passed away August 31, 2007 at the Meadows of Rockwell.
Mrs. Hallman was born February 29, 1912 in Rowan County, daughter of the late Robert William Trexler and Mary Frances Miller Trexler. She was a winder in the textile manufacturing industry and a lifelong member of the Immanuel Lutheran Church.
Mrs. Hallman is preceded in death by her husband, Coy Franklin Hallman who died November 7, 1981, and a daughter Betty Jean Hallman Brown.
Survivors include two sisters, Mrs. Willie Davis of Salisbury, and Mrs. Evelyn Bame of Gold Hill, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Services: The funeral service will be held at 12:00 pm Monday at the Immanuel Lutheran Church, conducted by the Rev. Bruce Sheeks, Pastor, with burial in the Church Cemetery.
Visitation: The family will receive friends at the Immanuel Lutheran Church from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm Monday.
Memorials: may be made to the Immanuel Lutheran Church: 2070 Emanuel Ch. Rd. Rockwell, NC 28138 or to the Alzheimer's Disease Foundation, N.C. Chapter, 3420 Shamrock Dr. Charlotte, NC 28215.
