Judy Eagle Benton, 71 of Richfield, NC, passed away on Sunday, June 19, 2016 at Glenn A. Kiser Hospice House.
Judy was born on April 28, 1945 to the late Lela Mae Leonard Eagle and the late James Preston Eagle, Sr.
Judy worked in the restaurant industry. She enjoyed drawing and coloring.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Gerald Dean Benton.
Those left to cherish her memory are her son Danny Benton (Melissa) of Richfield; her daughters: Amy Steele (Jason) of Statesville and Cynthia Webb (Terry) of Cleveland; her brother Johnny Eagle of Salisbury; nine grandchildren: Thomas Dill, Krystal Dill, James Dill, Icealee Dill, Sonny Benton, Kimber Chavis, Miranda Benton, Haven Jackson and Kameron Jackson; and five great grandchildren: Gerald Bush, Jesse Bush, Preston Gaither, Silas Chavis and Jaxon Chavis.
Visitation: 2:00 – 3:00 PM, Wednesday, June 22, 2016 at Rowan Memorial Park, Chapel in the Pines, 4125 Franklin Community Center Road, Salisbury, NC 28144.
Services: 3:00 PM, Wednesday, June 22, 2016 at the Chapel in the Pines at Rowan Memorial Park. Burial will immediately follow services in Rowan Memorial Park Cemetery.
