ROCKWELL - Jeanette Peeler Crook, 77, of Rockwell, died Monday, December 17, 2007.
Born October 24, 1930, in Rowan County, Mrs. Crook was the daughter of the late Clarence W. Peeler and Dora Lyerly Peeler. She was educated in the Rowan County schools.
Mrs. Crook was employed with Cannon Mills and later Cone Mills, where she retired. She was a member of Southside Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Frederick R. Crook on April 24, 1999; a sister, Kathaleen Peeler Lanning; and brothers Bernard Peeler, Cecil Peeler and Bill Peeler.
Survivors include brother Arnold Peeler of Rockwell and sisters Virginia Holshouser of Rockwell, Jean Shuping of Rockwell, Ruby Lassiter of Linwood and Phyllis Collins of China Grove.
Service: Graveside services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Rowan Memorial Park with Rev. Ricky Brown officiating. The family will visit with friends after the services.
Memorials: Memorials may be made to Southside Baptist Church, 500 Morlan Park Road, Salisbury, NC.

ROCKWELL - Jeanette Peeler Crook, 77, of Rockwell, died Monday, December 17, 2007.
