Roberta Bogle Womack
Roberta Bogle Womack, 89, of Salisbury, NC passed away Monday, Dec. 26, at the Glenn A. Kiser Hospice House.
Born September 5, 1927 in Salisbury, she was a daughter of the late James L. Bogle and Lillie Eva Kluttz Bogle. She was educated in Salisbury schools and was employed with Security Bank which later became Suntrust Bank.
She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and the Catholic Daughters.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, William Henry Womack on November 16, 1975.
Left to cherish her memory are a son, William David Womack and wife Linda of Lebanen, TN; daughter, Paula Womack Loew and husband Fritz, and Gail Frances Womack all of Raleigh; grandchildren, Jason Loew and wife Krista of Raleigh, Justin Loew of Greensboro, Greg Womack of Carthage, TN, Stephanie Marrero of New Middleton, TN and eight great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 10:00AM to 11:00AM Thursday, Dec. 29, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with a Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 11:00AM. Burial will be in City Memorial Park.
