Mrs. Harriet Kirk Freeman, 78, of 4502 Starmount Drive died Sunday at Wesley Long Community Hospital.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Forbis & Dick North Elm Street Funeral Home. Entombment will be in Guilford Memorial Park.
A Salisbury native, she attended Catawba College and was a Methodist. She was a retired secretary with Southern Railways.
Surviving are husband, Joseph F. Freeman Sr.; stepdaughters, Mrs. Phyllis F. Campbell of Burlington, Mrs. Joanne Mims of Greensboro; stepson, Joseph F. Freeman Jr. of Greensboro; sister, Mrs. Ruth K. Needham of Knoxville, Tenn.; brother, P.J. Kirk of Salisbury; six stepgrandchildren.
