Mildred Katherine Snider Kesler
Mrs. Mildred Katherine Snider Kesler, 89 of Salisbury passed away on Monday, March 27, 2017 at Autumn Care of Salisbury.
Mrs. Kesler was born December 10, 1927, daughter of the late Charlie Odell Snider and Della Schenk Snider. She was a graduate of East Spencer High School and was retired from Carolina Maid where she was a seamstress.
Mrs. Kesler was a member of Union Lutheran Church. She loved and was loved by her family. She enjoyed her many trips to the beach.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Melvin David Kesler and her sisters Wilma Brown and Shirley Lambe.
She is survived by her daughter, Brenda Trexler and husband John of Salisbury and by her son, Michael David Kesler and wife Deborah of Salisbury, grandchildren John Mark, Jan and Jodi Trexler, Lucas Kesler and Sarah Sweatt and also by 6 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her special friend and roommate Bessie Cooper.
There will be a graveside service on Wednesday, March 29th at 11:00 AM, at Union Lutheran Church Cemetery conducted by Rev. David Nuottila.
The family would like to give a special thanks to the staff at Autumn Care of Salisbury.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Union Lutheran Church Building Fund or to Autumn Care of Salisbury, Activities Department.
