Barbara June Park
Barbara June Park, 87, of Salisbury, passed away Sunday, April 30, 2023 at her son's home in Salisbury, NC.
She was born February 21, 1936 in Rowan County, NC to the late Beatrice Long Hale. Barbara worked as a Homemaker. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Rockwell.
Mrs. Park enjoyed cooking and cleaning. She loved to swing, spending time with her family and friends. She enjoyed visiting shut ins and sending cards to friends. She kept children at the Grace Bible Church nursery.
In addition to her parents, Barbara was preceded in death by her husband Robert Lee Park.
Barbara is survived by her Son, Keith Linn (Debbie) Park of Salisbury, NC; Two Grandsons, Cameron (Stacie) Park, Jesse (Olivia) Park; Three great-grandchildren, Ruthie Park, Beau Park; and Palmer Park.
The family will greet friends and relatives on Thursday, May 4, 2023, 10:00 am - 11:00 am at First Baptist Church in Rockwell.
The celebration of life service will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, May 4, 2023, in the First Baptist Church in Rockwell, with Pastor Matthew Laughter, Pastor Gerry Steedley, and Cameron Park officiating.
Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church, 8630 Hillcrest Drive, Rockwell, NC.
