SALISBURY - Elizabeth Marie Farrington Lambert, 83, passed away Feb. 8, 2010, at Liberty Commons.
Mrs. Lambert was born June 12, 1926, in Ashe County to the late John and Cordelia Osborne Farrington. She attended Ashe County schools and worked for Corriher Mills in the winding and packing room in China Grove. She attended Mount Moriah Lutheran Church.
Her husband, Curtis S. Lambert Sr., passed away in October 1954.
Survivors include two sons, Sandy of Salisbury and John Lambert and wife Mary of China Grove; a daughter, Kim Bennett and husband Michael of Landis; and a sister, Johnsie Earnhardt of Concord. Mrs. Lambert had seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation: 6:30-8 p.m. Wednesday at Linn-Honeycutt Funeral Home in Landis. At other times, the family will be at the home daughter Kim Bennett in Landis.
Service: 11 a.m. Thursday at Linn-Honeycutt Colonial Chapel in Landis. Rev. Joseph Tallent will be officiating with Interment to follow at West Lawn Memorial Park.
Memorials: May be made to Mount Moriah Lutheran Church, China Grove, NC.
Linn-Honeycutt Funeral Home, Landis, is assisting the family in making arrangements.
