Jerry Cline, 44, of 305 Edwards St. died Saturday at Wesley Long Community Hospital following a two-week illness.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at St. Peter's Lutheran Church in Salisbury with the Rev. John E. Pless officiating. Burial will be at the church.
A Rowan County native, he was a personnel manager of the ABC Board and a retired master sergeant in the U.S. Air Force. He was a member of Messiah Lutheran Church in Roseland, Neb.
Surviving are sons, Gary Cline of Charlotte, Jeffrey Cline of Austin, Texas, James Cline of Rawlins, Wyo,; stepfather, Fred Corl of Salisbury; brother, Wayne Cline of Los Angeles, Calif.; one grandchild.
The family will be at Powles Funeral Home in Rockwell 7-8:30 p.m. today.
