Charlie "Bill" Frank Logan

Mr. Charlie "Bill" Frank Logan, 91 died Wednesday.

Born April 15, 1916 in Yadkin County, Mr. Logan is a son of the late Garfield Eddy Logan and Betty Speer Logan. He was a member of Enon Baptist Church in East Bend and retired from Hayworth Roll and Panel in 1981.

Mr. Logan was preceded in death by his wife Annie Lowery Logan in 2005.

Mr. Logan is survived by two daughters; Betty Goodman of High Point and Joyce L. White and her husband Charlie of Concord, brother Dallas "Jesse" Logan of Lexington and sister Gertrude Parnell of Kernersville. He is also survived by three grandchildren, David White of Concord, Elizabeth White of Charleston, SC and Steven Goodman of Thomasville and a great granddaughter Katherine Goodman.

Funeral services for Mr. Logan will be held 2 pm Saturday in the chapel of Cumby Family Funeral Service, High Point with the Reverend Dr. Charlie Waller officiating. Interment will follow in Floral Garden Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.

The family requests that memorials be given to Maryfield at Pennybyrn, 1315 Greensboro Road, High Point, NC; or Hospice of the Piedmont, 1801 Westchester Drive, High Point, NC.
