Violet Christine Skaggs Gream
MAYFIELD, Ky. -- Graveside services for Violet Christine Skaggs Gream, 85, of Mayfield will be at 3 p.m. today at Maplewood Cemetery with the Rev. Tom Wright officiating.
Mrs. Gream died at 12:22 a.m. Thursday at Mills Health & Rehab Center.
She retired from Liberty Savings Bank and was a member of First Baptist Church.
Surviving are two sons, Larry Gream of Hodgenville and Eddie Gream of Mayfield; two daughters, Pat Brown of Mayfield and Debbie Pickens of Cornelius, N.C.; nine grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Malcolm Gream, and one brother. Her parents were James Orie and Elizabeth Pearl Adams Skaggs.
Friends may call after 1 p.m. today at Byrn Funeral Home.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the Alzheimer's Association, Louisville Chapter-Memorial, Louisville, KY.
