Martha "Estelle" Hamilton
Services for Martha "Estelle" Hamilton, 80, of Paducah will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Lone Oak Funeral Home. Dan Owen will officiate. Burial will be in Maplelawn Cemetery.
Mrs. Hamilton died at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at her home.
She was a native of Mayfield and a graduate of Murray State Teachers College, where she was a charter member of Sigma Sigma Sigma sorority.
Mrs. Hamilton was a Paducah teacher for 40 years and was a member of the Retired Teachers Association.
She was a Duchess of Paducah and a member of Broadway Church of Christ.
Surviving are her husband of 58 years, Harold Hamilton; two daughters, Harolyn Rasche and Karen Willis, both of Paducah; one sister, Ruth Gunter of Paducah; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; three nieces; and one nephew.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Nancy Hamilton. Her parents were Henry and Clara Poyner Pickard.
